I can’t add a product to my cart

🟢 Products in stock at our warehouse

If the item is available in our warehouse, it will be clearly marked “In stock” on the product page.

➡️ You can add it to your cart without any problem.


🔄 Products available on order

We are connected in real-time to our suppliers’ stock.

If a product shows “Available on order – 7 to 10 days”, it means it’s really available at the supplier (with a 99.9% reliability rate).

➡️ You can add it to your cart — it will ship within that timeframe.


❌ Out-of-stock products

If a product is marked out of stock, that means:

  • We don’t have it in stock
  • None of our suppliers can provide it currently

➡️ To avoid frustration, you won’t be able to add it to the cart until it’s back in stock.

  • However, you can sign up on the product page to be notified if it becomes available again.


💡 We’d rather sell nothing than keep you waiting for no reason. Transparency about stock is a top priority for us 🙏
